Location

Hundleby is a continuation of the market town of Spilsby and is home to St. Mary’s Church and the Hundleby Inn. Local produce is sold in the village by some of the villagers.

There are several public footpaths around the village which have some excellent views over the fens, wolds and even out to the coast on a clear day. [Try this link for examples of local walks]

The cottage is on a bus route. This being the Stagecoach No.6 bus which stops just around the corner from the cottage. It provides an hourly service to the cathedral city of Lincoln, via the market town of Horncastle with its many antique shops and also to the seaside resort of Skegness via Spilsby calling at the many villages en route.

The cottage is just 1½ miles from Spilsby town centre where all essential amenities can be found.
